Colombia is living through one of the largest and least funded humanitarian emergencies on earth, and almost nobody is talking about it. Close to seven million people are displaced inside their own country, more than anywhere else in the Americas. In the Catatumbo region alone, roughly 100,000 people were driven from their homes in a single year, the worst mass displacement Colombia has seen in almost three decades.
The United Nations expects 10.4 million Colombians to need humanitarian assistance during 2026. The plan built to reach them asked for 852 million dollars. By March it had received eleven percent of that. The need is not the problem. The money is.
So that is where this token sends everything it makes. Every cent of creator fees generated by $R10 goes to humanitarian relief in Colombia through established organisations already working on the ground there: food, clean water, shelter, medical care and protection for displaced families. Not a percentage. Not what is left after expenses. All of it.
